STRIPES ARE HERE!

Owners have waited over 300 days for a  $300,000 parking lot that was originally approved for $198.000. Who knows if  over another $100,000 was lost in the revenue areas because of this?
No doubt we need to get much smarter in dealing with the upcoming Cowen lawsuit decision and infrastructure needs. Wouldn't you as an owner agree?

Does anyone know how much LIV has paid to have the limestone delivered so far?

It was mentioned at today's meeting the estimate is around $23,000. We've received around 91 piles of limestone at $1650 a ton. That's the best I can tell you Phil.

Thanks for the info Joey, any word on the Pest control?
we don't think is fair we as owners pay $9,000 USD (see audit) a year so ORKIN takes care of Aramark luxurious (at our expense)offices and they are still pondering/thinking/analyzing/simmering a decision on who to hire?
We are not good enough to have ORKIN taking care of us 'owners' that pay 3.4 Million a year on condo fees.
How much Aramark was charging us a year for their unlicensed Pest Control services? is it refundable?
Joey are you running to fill the empty Director's slot? LIVOA needs new blood and for sure new LEADERship!

Yes there is! The Board just past to pay a one year $31,745 contract to have I believe SPI Pest Control do the Mosquito problem. I was told that’s about double of what the Park was previously spending to do it themselves.
Ed McBride was chosen today to fill Director Steffensen's spot. Thanks for your support.

SPI Pest Control same as Esparza?

were there other competitive bids?
Thanks.

I have to check for that name but Orkin was the only other bid amounting to the same money.
