BUZZ FEED

Wednesday at 2am begins the new war on mosquitoes. SPI Pest Control operated by Mr. Esparza will embark on this buzz-kill using
a combination of fogging, larva pellets, and a walk-thru of both common grounds and owner property, shaking the bushes with spray.
I couldn’t get a true dollar amount of what it’s been costing our Park to have our unlicensed and uncertified Aramark friends do this but I was told that Aramark will pay for that difference. Maybe I should have added when “pigs fly”.
We will see how good this company is because the current mosquito problem out of control.

Hi Joey, I am a fairly new fan of this It is always good to read other comments. I have a couple of concerns that I would like to see addressed. 1. Have you noticed that there are only 5 handicap spots. I was told that this is all that the state of Texas requires! Hmmm, does the state of Texas know the percentage of handicapped living in LIV? Especially during the winter!
2. Do owners of LIV realize that there are wives of Board members who are serving on committees such as the Management committee and the Finance committee? This would be okay if there were not others who could fill these positions. I call this "a conflict of interest."
It seems to me that this should be a major issue that has the potential to result in some one-sided decisions.
3. What has happened to the comment box that has been in the mail area under the bulletin board? Does the NEW Board not see a need for this?
Thanks for letting me voice my questions. Hopefully, some will get answered.

This site has a Texas chart for required handicapped spaces per spaces in a parking lot. They're OK if there's not over a 100 spaces in our lot.

Joey, I know that the parking lot has the "required number of handicap paking spots. I feel like this is not enough because of the amount of older people here in LIV.

Now might be the time to add more before it is opened..

Sorry I misunderstood your question. Just a thought, maybe take that area in front of the Rec. Hall where they striped for golf cart parking and make more handicap spaces there. Then put down some black top for golf cart parking in that grassy area Where everyone killed parking their golfs for the last 10 months.

Well, that could work too, but how bout just adding the spots at the ends of the 2 lanes closest to the maintenance office....That would add 4 more, and leave the golf cart area alone!
