A New Era of "THE PLACE TO BE"
It's January is there anything new on this ?Are we going to be in yet another law suit ?
Is it true the board gave the contractor $132.000 and he has not come back bet he went on vacation he has the money.
My understanding is that the Board has paid 2 of the 3 installments which should be close to that figure.
I highly doubt there has been more than $25,000.00 spent by the contractor on this project. The real costs to him are yet to come and I highly doubt he has the money to finish.
